After a bad start in my cross country season, the second part did not turn to become better.
Several weeks without any notice have been passed. The main reason for that was my health. After my home race the problems with my hip became more intense again and no treatment helped to run pain free again. Because of that I spend most of my days with alternative training to maintain my fitness level. After several days without running, the hip became better and in the past six weeks I was finally able to increase my milage again. My current goal is it to train as much as possible to be ready for the first races in the beginning of January.
