Change to Plan B

Sometimes it does not work out how expected because of that I will have to change my racing plans for the outdoor season.

The last weeks did not work as expected. After my DNF due to pain in my ankle in the last race, I decided to train two weeks alternative to get pain free as fast as possible. After this two weeks, I started with steady running, but the running was not pain free yet. After further clarifications and alternative training days, I am now finally able to run without pain. Nevertheless, I have to stay careful and because of that I will not compete at the next few upcoming races. I will focus on getting in some solid training weeks, to be ready to help my team at the Conference USA Championships in mid Mai.
